Yoga has become a coherent lifestyle aiming at attaining both physical and mental health, and happiness.
Yoga is very present in my life. It was with me when I was growing up, when I was learning how to sing, and when I became a mom. It is my inspiration, art and often salvation for when life’s challenges and problems get to me.
For me, yoga is more than simply body training; it’s a process that is always available to help me return to my natural rhythm, to the genuine here and now. It’s like a remedy. It allows us to fully take advantage of our inner strength.
